If speaking words of encouragement and affirmation doesnt cost you anything,Then why are we so stingy about it?
I am trying not to have a mountain of feelings/thoughts/emotions hid under a carpet this year.
And when you take captive of every thought, hold your mind, your heart and your tongue.
When you look at every second as itself...
I never really counted my blessings, my enjoyments so much as today.
