Alright...Most of today was spent with YWAM and the cg.
It's the first restructuring I'm experiencing in wam, and it was ages ago from the last restructuring I experienced (Minus the transfer)
I don't exactly feel the drastic change; maybe not yet.
To me, ywam, or rather MinOps, is like this huge cg already.
There isnt any structural walls to begin with.
Perhaps cause we are really from everywhere and there isnt anything specifically to hold us together.
Rather it's our ministry, stringed up with this greater vision to impact the congregation with what we do.

And here we have, a farewell gathering with Daniel.
Thanks for all the 'provoking' questions.
And yes, I'll continue to feed my vision.
As some were sharing, I realised the most common thing that they thanked Daniel for was his patience, especially when Daniel becomes their 出氣筒.
I haven't screamed at anyone after flaring up, except to my parents I think.
I've gotten impatient, yes.
And my '出氣筒', to much apologies, are sometimes my dear volunteers.
That was one of the areas that God prompted me to grow in.
Especially since half of what I feel, people cant see.
Which is very dangerous...

And here's our last CG dinner.
Ian's missing from the photo.
Anyhows, it was about 1 year 7 months ago that I stepped into this group.
It felt like they were familiar strangers to me at first because I have been working with these people, though not very directly but still...
It wasnt an easy time as I question my purpose quite often initially.
But these bunch of people, through supper, jokes, laughter helped me integrate.
I guess I have became more sanguine because of them!
Honestly, I may not have known every individual on a deeper level through these times.
A little regretful, but nonetheless, I believe we are not bounded by structure.
Jem's phelgness and wisdom in the Word and pastoral heart.
Qianjin's proactiveness and gift of cooking.
Jia's spirit of excellence and caring nature.
Kaiwen's observation skills, guitar and house (haha).
Amelia's servanthood and histerical laughter.
Simon's quirkiness/lameness and servanthood.
Lee's pastoral heart and eagerness to grow.
Huiyang's shyness, random quirkiness and a heart to learn.
Ian's faithfulness and inquisitive mind.
Deng's randomness and gentle spirit.
Aloy's pastoral and willing spirit.

Here's the excited 'fans' queuing up for Jem's autograph.
This may sound a little complicated.
I was at 1st service and during altar call, Ps Jeff called for people to respond.
And I was having some trouble receiving a breakthrough in my prayer when I responded.
It's like an object getting stuck.
I questioned my eagerness, my level of faith, my willingness.
Something along that line must have had some problems.
And Shirls happened to be beside me and prayed for me.
I was really touched and convicted as well.
Though I still was stuck even after the 'Amen',
It occurred to me that I got to work on my lack.
On a side note, I'm not sure if because the chords played during altar call was similar, but the song 'I offer my life' came to my mind before they wanted it for 2nd service worship.
Not being sure of the actual lyrics, I realised these are just what I needed from me, for God.
All that I am, all that I have
I lay them down before you, oh Lord
All my regrets, all my acclaims
The joy and the pain, I'm making them yours
Lord, I offer my life to you
Everything I've been through
Use it for your glory
Lord I offer my days to you
Lifting my praise to you
As a pleasing sacrifice
Lord I offer you my life
Things in the past, things yet unseen
Wishes and dreams that are yet to come true
All of my heart, all of my praise
My heart and my hands are lifted to you

My prayer is my vision, my dream.
