found this very interesting practice that the CPDRC, inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, does.
Apparently, they spend lots of their time in the so called prison practicing dance routines and have public performance every month.coolness.

it's like some mass dance la. really cool and funny but also gross...
