are we not sick of post camp post? so here's a pre camp post.haha.
i'm drying my toothbrush so i can pack it in my bag. and like what the bulletin said indeed, there was a particular camp where i forgot to bring my toothbrush and i end up using my fingers.haha. anyway, besides the toothbrush i'm bringing this box filled with the gadgets that is needed for camp. dad brought home the acer lcd monitor that i had trouble packing but god provides and he led me into the yard and there is was laying at the corner of the shelf. an acer 19" box meant for a monitor!
today is day 0 aka setup day thank god for my supportive parents who have been willing and readily fetching me to camp site and also not complaining much about my commitments to the church. and my mom even 'recommands' hope church to my aunt. funny but true. i was utterly surprised when i heard the convo yesterday.
what am i expecting out of Oasis Camp. 1. To get into a deeper level of worship. you know sometimes you know you worship and all. but god has a '20-cent coin' presence to you at that point in time. i want to make it a '50-cent coin' what whatever coin out there that is even bigger.
2. To speak into the lives of a few individuals. aiyah god. use me ok? i know you will la. but i need more of your anointing and be more spirit led.
3. Media team to go into deeper level of worship and response even when serving. guys, it's really possible. really.
4. Personal growth areas joy and paitence. i just stepped into nexus and 1st service was in the midst of altar call. i listen to jasmine poon and then i responded. whatever that people see on screen and their reaction and comments to it is not my 'result slip' that i'll receive. but my ultimate 'result slip' is from god. he grades me according to my performance- the process of the clip. based of what i've gone through fro the past 4.5weeks. i think i scored only about 60%. this camp is my 'final paper' and i want to score big time for god!
5. lastly, this is my first minops camp. and i definitely want to get to know my unit/cg members better! :)
AND FOR THE NEXT 5 DAYS, I WANT TO RECEIVE AND BE REFRESHED!
