realised i never blog about church anniversary! haha.
i was pretty lost 2 weeks before the event when i was called to serve. about what song, the cue sheet etc. but thank god for the mm crew. rachel, pris and jasmine. they're like great bunch of sisters from the adult groups. all those rehersals into the late nights, the fatigue etc were all worth it for the kingdom of god!
thank god for rachel and jasmine for driving me home, right to my door step and picking me up. all those trips really saved me alot of $$ and time.haha. and you girls are really good drivers!
anyways, we're quite worried when things aint actually running smooth and things put into place on the night before the celebrations. projector and screen not up, signals not connected even though its 2300. nonetheless, sat was a BANG!!!! the place was great, the deco and backdrop was great. though simon(adult) was saying last week that nexus looked like some construction site with all those poles etc for the backdrop.ha.
the dance item, sound,pnw, lightings...EVERYTHING was great!
then again, i always go into this habitual state of thinking after major events.ha. to my cg-i apologise for my cold attitude after the event. sorry!
