okays. back from camp and finally blogging. well, been busy with camp videos. uploding like 5hours of videos and rendering them. it's done! whee. and next is to settle bring it on videos. sorry matt, shawn and kaiwen! haven't send you guys the vid.haha.
encounter camp day0 ponned maths lecture. went down to nexus to move the equipments over to pgp. really thank god for the ywam people. anyways, we were trying to make only one trip over and really squeeze everything into the truck. daniel leow have to drive it like 40km/hr so it won't flip.haha. prayed for jia cause she's on the truck too.hurhur. then gwen and dennis took the car filled with deco stuff down to pgp. daniel cheah, ethan and i took a cab down to pgp. it was surprisingly cheap. $6.90. anyways, i was amazed at the width of the stage. and also worried whether i was able to set up the equipments since it was the first time in a new place. and steven is at malacca and justin at tekong. ahhh. apparently all went successfully.phew! and i just stayed on in pgp to edit the sermon and lyrics. it's really a priviledge to serve in god's kingdom with such a wonderful camp comm team.
encounter camp day1 ponned some 2 other lectures. (again) gideon was sitting at the mm table looking solemn.he was super nervous, wanting to make sure everything goes on smoothly. and then he asked me' how come northeast people like no body here yet?' hahah.played some telematch thing at the nus field. wah got a lot of injuries. ouch. geok will understand. and the 3-legged thingy with kat was wahhhhh...i thought we're like going to crumble over each other, crashed and fall. but we didn't wooh! thank god for samuel for leading the games. and also ruiyong! for shouting his voice hoarse to motivate northeast. hahaha. anyways, zhiwei came over to bunk with me for the night.
encounter camp day2 woke up early to go school for chem lect. haha. the calls and msges i received during the lectures almost' made my soul left my body' hahaha.kat and i took a cab back to pgp. there was some murder game thingy after lunch. was at the comp editing photos for bring it on. never in my life have i starred so long at the comp.and the mph was like freezing cold can?!!!. thank god for puays and huili who were there rushing out bring it on stuff together.haha. then it suddenly came upon me. i havent receive a rhema word from god yet!!!! maybe i was overly concerned about mm stuff that i lose the essence of it all.( more of that in day3) any Eelee displayed the gift of tongues and the interpretation of it. it was pretty obvious it was a new tongue and woah! the whole congregation was in some kind of spiritual uproar thingy. okok, i am not very good at discribing. gwen prayed for me for love and compassison. i am someone who doesnt outwardly express myself, whether love or hate. so i kind of always keep things to myself, or i'll just keep super quiet. not to be emotional or what, but to expresss love and concern to people around me, like my shepherd and sheep. and i need to change in that area, of course with god's help. that night, geok and i had a really great talk about a lot of stuff. it was really like open up our lives to each other. thanks sister for listening! that night, me, zhiwei, geok and ding! bunk in together. we brushed our teeth before sleeping.heee... taking photos in the toilet. :) and the jc girls said' ahhhh...' "Your love, be lifted high..." bi-spectacled!
encounter day3 woke up a little late, and gideon was ringing me already.opps.then there were praise and worship and teachings. then it was bring it on! woohoo! luckily the videos ran smoothly.phew.and yeah!!!! A.M static won! so proud of you guys! :) though i kinda screw up some stuff. anyways, redemption was good, but perhaps packaging lar.opps. anyways, told zhiwei some of my concerns about mm. about growth in ministry, changing people's attitude etc. aiyah. so super emo then at the canteen. prayed about it before going to ignite concert. and i tell you! GOD IS REAL! wah. apparently everything that i prayed about, God actually used the worship leader, the songs and the ministers to speak to me.it was really from Him cause i tried to deny. and He showed me the way for EVERY SINGLE prayer. and like thoroughout the whole concert, i was kind of in tears. and also very convicted. oohhhh, ohhhhh, AJ wants 8, AJ wants 8, God will surely make a way! and we know God will give us 8 souls in AJ and a 1000 for yhope. celebrated it with sparkling juice that got every where on my head, clothes. and mph was so sticky. thank god for the house keeping team. anyways, talked to debbie and zhiwei, about the vision God showed me. then the girls went to some meeting room and played really stupid games. and then i went to play table tennis with rayson, freedy, kat and some other brothers.didnt want to go over to kent ridge. was suer shagged and went to bunk with geok and ding.and we slept and slept.
encounter day4 ok. packed up. feeling shagged. took lotsa stupid photos. chantel and me ah zhi and me this is how the girls do it and this is how the guys do it... and when some try too hard to be cool... i mean act cool... ahha. shawn cant make it! our forfeit. haha. crazy people! yeah. u get what i mean... crazy guys! ROFL muhhahaha.
ahh. i am lazy to type on. this is getting long and boring. all in all, camp was great! and god's really really real and true thoroughout the camp. northeast E 50 j1s northeast 180! consistency!
