just came back from camp challenge yesterday...gonna give a day to day account...bear with me yea?
day 1 4june 04
time: 8:55am
place: chinese garden
that was the time i remembered seeing on the colock on the bus when we turned into chinese garden. yup. around 10 schs were there already seated at the carpark. we unloaded our stuf. poles and bags...noticed that our bus very big and high class....haha. other schools came with nice flags and gadgets already...we were having the came-here-just-for-fun attitude and din think much about winning and competing.waited for other schools to arrive. we were in the north division with sengkang,northview,northbrooks,st nix,eh...cant remember if i left out any.
after that was icebreaking as it began to rain...went to jap garden which was deserted...we went to the old jap garden office aka sadako hut to hide. then cont the ice breaking...got a stupid bitch at camp form bpss...her voice frequncy is so glass-shattering...and she very a.c also.DUH. flirts around with the instructors form our sec3 orientation camp company.
then we pitched our tents...other division came prepared with flag poles and nice clothes line. haha
then it was skill learning. i, khai, weiching and bernice when for first aid. food was okay there. waited 1 hr before we could bathe...and it was 12 plus le. we laid on the road looking at the sky and "brain-stormed" and crapped until everyone was like crying liddat.hahaha.then instructor jim , our camp chief, drove us to another toilet to bathe. then bed time. it was kinda boring.that nite it rained so heavily that our tent kinda flood...
day2 5june
competition begins officially. first off was map orientaring.we counlden get our north rite...we were fast and over took 2 schools...then we were stucked at the 8th checkpoint...it was the jap garden bridge and we were like goin to give up and everything cause there were no other schools ard le. then we searched every bridge in chi garden b4 asking for help at starting pt. we got 1st in the end cause of honesty and integrity.yup.yup.
next was rafting and casualty evacuation. i was the casualty and was not allowed to help at anything. i was feeling so helpless and bad lohx. sorri if i hurried u guys a bit at the building part. we were the last to raft but din arrive last at the oppo side. then we went to the 2nd checkpt before the 1st because of me...SORRY GUYS! but honesty and integrity again...we went back before doin the 2nd...we arrive 2nd in e end at our side but 5th in all...
then we had COH...i was a bit pissed and show temper. sorri...but i am like very impatient when it's easy to get things done but too much time was wasted...
day 3 6june
then it was problem solving...it rained again...we got acid pool then acid river then save e egg than the paper ball and tent pitching...we did ok. we took the challenge of the egg thing but fail but it's ok.yar?
then it was belaying and high ropes...we built a table and chair.everything was triangle then we did high ropes where we completed everting first...dunman and nygh furniture were very nice...wonder if they got like prepare b4 the camp...
that nite was cf nite...kinda boring coz everyone was very tired already. dunman got the challenge shield. luckily it was not the other team that got it...those gals in the other team were so duh...they were the same pesty and yucky gals st civil d course that landed us in trouble...
that nite we slept while we waited to bathe...it was a very tiring day...

home sweet home...kinda sad...missed the sengkang guides whom we're very well off with...yanting, han ping they all...we learnt alot of songs there...like titanic, banana, yipo taitai,2nd storey window...
and also the uni grp song...haha
